Availability, Prices and T&Cs

Prices are inclusive of basic WiFi, all water, electricity and gas charges, the final cleaning, hand, bath and tea towels and a weekly bed linen change (for stays longer than 14 nights).
For offline bookings, a 25 % non-refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation of a booking made more than 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. The full balance is then due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance once a booking is confirmed.
Payment can be either by bank transfer or by personal cheque in Sterling within the UK (free of charge). Credit or debit cards are also accepted via Paypal.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind WLAN-Internetzugang, alle anfallenden Wasser-, Strom- und Gas-Kosten, die Endreinigung der Ferienwohnung, ein Wechsel der Handtücher zweimal wöchentlich sowie ein Wechsel der Bettwäsche pro Woche bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 14 Tagen.
Wir bitten nach Bestätigung einer direkt 'offline' Buchung eine nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung von 25 % der Gesamtsumme. Die restlichen 75 % ist dann 8 Wochen vor Antritt Ihres Urlaubes zu zahlen. Eine umfassende Reise-Rücktrittskosten-Versicherung wird daher empfohlen.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt in der Regel per Bank Überweisung. Sie können auch per Kreditkarte oder EC-Karte über PayPal bezahlen
