Casa del Mar - recently fully refurbished - is situated on the ground floor at the end of of the building and thus has a double-aspect south and west facing terrace, one of the most private in the building, with sunshine all day and views of the beach and lagoon. It's just a short stroll through the subtropical garden to the beach steps.
 
Inside you will find 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, one with a 'Queen-size' double bed (150 cm wide) and a second room with two singles. Both have beach views and roomy fitted wardrobes. Maximum occupancy is thus 4 people.
 
There is a deluxe, newly-fitted shower room/WC with a white suite of low level WC, corner shower and wash hand basin.

The large and light living/dining room, furnished in contemporary style, has windows to south and west, both with sea views, and offers comfy seating and table and chairs for 4, a flat screen smart TV and a DVD player. From the living room, sliding patio doors open onto the terrace with its  outside tables and chairs, 2 sun loungers, BBQ and stunning sea view.

Casa del Mar now also has a super new, high-spec, glossy fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave and fridge-freezer and comes fully equipped with all crockery, glassware, pots/pans, cutlery and everything else you would expect for a self catering holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels and bed linen are changed and the apartment cleaned weekly for stays of a fortnight or longer.

For your security a robust safe is fitted. The twin room has a security grille so your kids can sleep with the windows open but you have peace of mind. Whilst there is very little crime on the island we take our guests' well being very seriously.
