Casa del Sol is located at one end of the upper floor of the building and thus has a south and west facing balcony which is not overlooked and which is sunny from morning till evening. It offers the most fantastic views out over the beach and lagoon, the reef and the Atlantic beyond and in fact right down he west coast of Fuerteventura as far as Jandia.

From the balcony, glass doors lead to both the living room and the master bedroom. This is equipped with a king size zip lock bed (180 x 190), which can be setup as two singles by prior arrangement if preferred, and roomy fitted wardrobes. There is also a pretty, smaller second bedroom with two single beds. Maximum occupancy is thus 4 people. There is a modern wet-room type shower room with shower, wash handbasin and WC.

The American style kitchen has recently been refitted and comes with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and a drinks fridge in addition to the standard fridge, and overlooks the living and dining area which is furnished for four and offers a TV with Spanish channels plus a DVD player if required.

The apartment comes fully equipped with all crockery, glassware, pots/pans, cutlery and everything else you would expect for a self catering holiday.  

​

Bed linen and hand, bath and tea towels are provided. Towels and linen are changed weekly for stays of a fortnight or longer, at which time the cleaners will also sweep the apartment and clean the bathroom and kitchen. Final cleaning at the end of your stay is also included in the rental cost.

For your security a robust safe is fitted. Whilst there is very little crime on the islands we take our guests' peace of mind very seriously.
