Casa Playa is many people's favourite amongst our apartments. Being situated on the ground floor right above the beach, it faces south and west and thus benefits from one of the largest and sunniest terraces in the building,  enabling guests to enjoy the Canarian sunshine from early morning until sunset. 

 

Inside, there are 2 bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with 

roomy fitted wardrobes and large, comfy beds (a 150 cm wide 'Queen Size' in the double room.) Maximum occupancy is  normally 4 people.

 

There is a modern wet-room type shower room with shower, wash handbasin, WC and bidet and a fitted kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer, electric coffee machine and toaster.

The large and very bright, double-aspect living/dining room has comfy seating and table and chairs for 4 +, a 32 inch, flat screen smart TV and a DVD player. From here, french windows open onto the double-aspect (south and west) terrace with its outside table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and stunning sea view.

The apartment comes fully equipped with all crockery, glassware, pots/pans, cutlery and everything else you would expect for a self catering holiday.  

​

Bed linen and hand, bath and tea towels are provided. Towels and linen are changed weekly for stays of a fortnight or longer, at which time the cleaners will also sweep the apartment and clean the bathroom and kitchen. Final cleaning is included in the rental cost.

For your security a robust safe is fitted. Whilst there is very little crime on the islands we take our guests' peace of mind very seriously.

Free wireless internet so you can pick up those essential emails or skype with family and friends back home.
